The above whole system dose consist of the following:
1. Counting disc ( the optical fiber unit & the vibrating discs);
2. Working platform;
3. Bucket conveyer;
4. VFFS packaging machine;
5. Output conveyor;
6. Optional: Check weigher, Rotary collecting table, Air compressor.

1. Mitsubishi PLC + HMI + Optical Fiber & Sensor;
2. Auto program set-up, photo sensor tracking mark;
3. Pneumatic units as the main power for the bagging, sealing & cutting units;
4. Two feeding models:
     A．Auto optical fiber counting & vibrating disc feeding for general subjects;
     B．Manual feeding for special subjects;
5. Supplying many kinds of customized counting & packaging system as the user's individual requirements;
