Block Ice Making Machine

 

BIM series of block ice machine is a new type with high efficiency units, which mainly aiming at Africa, Middle East and Oceania. This block ice making machine units adopt the integrated design, easy to install, just need connect the power. The ice maker tank adopt the Polyurethane foam technology, it have good viscosity performance\avoiding the defects of foam uneven. What's more, it's design according to the theoretic fluid, so the flow stability. Blew is block ice maker machine feature.
1, This block ice machine production: 1 ton per day to 100 tons per day.
2, Ice design: Ice block machine for produce big block ice, can design each ice block as 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, or 25kg...
3, Application: For some country, specially, Africa country the power supply is not steady, so need big ice keep fresh for food or some other things or chilling drinks and water.
4, Installation: Just need connect the water pipes and power for the machine, the compressor unit and birne tank are be ready in our factory, customer just need accessamble the cooling tower as the installtion book.

Note: Dimension of machine for reference only, its real size is after final confirm size of each ice block and quantity of ice block cans.
Machine running condition: Water temperature 23° C, evaporate temperature -20deg; C, condensing temperature 40° C, reference valve under 50Hz power condition. Real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.
Note: The size of machine for reference only, for different block ice size design, machine's size will be different.
